Would you really eat this, if this is what you could see?

Today, i was reminded that awareness is the key to living a more healthy and happy life. We are living in a busy world and can become so busy. I too have found myself unaware at times. But it’s great reminders like this one, that put me back into awareness and focus and that is sacred. It’s a reminder of what’s important.

We are! Yes us!

Our mind, body and spirit must be in balance and great health in order for us to ultimately Look, Feel and Be the best we can be!

So here’s what happened when i soaked this Apple in water. This white wax residue, being that is not organic contains CHEMICALS that we would ingest unaware as it is not seen with our bare eye’s, unless you have soaked your fruit like this!  Most people would just rinse and eat!

A TIP –   Cleanse (or even scrub) your fruit and vegetables with Apple Cider Vinegar if you are not buying organic food. This will help to remove a portion of the chemicals and wax off. It is not the best solution, the best solution is to go 100% Organic!

Sometimes we become ignorant or unaware of the things that we can’t see!
